Discipline is a Heart Issue.
For a long time, I thought discipline was something you either had or you didn’t. I’ve spent months feeling “un-Kara-like”—uninspired, unhealthy, and stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. I realized I didn’t need a “harder” life; I needed a more disciplined one rooted in Grace.
75 Grace isn’t about perfection or achieving a certain look. It’s a 75-day commitment to showing up for yourself and for God. It’s about building habits that stick and a spirit that is resilient.
Are you ready to find your rhythm again?
The 5 Daily Non-Negotiables
We aren’t just moving our bodies; we are fueling our souls. Here is how we are spending the next 75 days:
- Move Twice: Two workouts of any length, at least 3 hours apart. One must be outdoors (yes, even in the snow!).
- Fuel with Intent: Follow your chosen eating plan every single day. No “cheat meals,” just nourishment.
- The Word: Read one full chapter of the Bible every day. Let’s get back into the Book that changes everything.
- Hydrate: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. (Example: 200 lbs = 100 oz of water).
- Reflect: Take a progress photo. This isn’t about vanity, it’s about documenting the discipline.
The Grace Factor: This challenge is simple, but it isn’t easy. If you miss a task, we don’t beat ourselves up… but we do start back at Day 1. The goal is 75 consecutive days of showing up.
